How do I book a table?

Pick a venue, date, time and party size. You only see what’s free, and it’s confirmed instantly in Bookings.

What if my time is fully booked?

Join the waitlist, send the venue an enquiry, or try a sister venue or the next free date.

Why am I asked for a deposit or card details?

Some venues secure busy times this way. A card hold is only charged if their policy applies, like a no-show.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, in Bookings. Each venue sets its own policy, and you’ll see any terms before you cancel.

How do I check in when I arrive?

Show your booking’s QR code at the door. It works offline and unlocks once anything due is paid.

Can I pre-order food or drinks?

Yes, where venues offer it. Add packages and extras when you book, or later.

How do I message the venue?

Every booking has its own chat, for birthdays, dietary needs or running late.

Can I see where my friends are going?

Yes. Connect in Network to see who’s going, and choose who sees your plans.

How do gift vouchers work?

Buy one on a venue’s page and send it. Redeem it by QR code, or use it when you book.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Payments are handled securely and never stored by venues, with Face ID and two-factor sign-in.
